We guarantee all unused merchandise for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. If our bags are delivered to you wrongly or with quality problems such as broken, loose thread, you may return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange, we will accept your return right away and the original postage will be returned to your account.

However if you return the item(s) for your own reasons, original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Please be advised little difference (the difference of size, color and so on) should be allowed. We assure you all pictures are taken from our products. And descriptions are just what they are; so return for these reasons; the shipping fee will also be deducted from the refund amount.

You are responsible for the shipping cost during the refund or exchange process.

We regret that merchandises you receive beyond the above period will not be considered for refund or exchange.

Prior to returning your merchandise, please e-mail us at service@bagsok.com to explain the reason for your return, our service team member will deal with your email case by case.

After your request for return/exchange has been approved, you will receive an email notifying you details for returning your item(s).

Please send back your merchandise after receiving email from our service team.Please be aware that we will issue the refund or exchange only after your returns have been received.

Notice

Items must be in the condition you received them with receipt, dust bag, tags attached and in the original box. We hold the right to deduct certain fees against sales amount for incomplete returns. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we suggest you send back your parcel via a traceable method. For express refund or exchange, please attach a note with the following information:

Your order number and product code/product name

A refund or replacement as the solution for your return
